Each of our consulting teams primary goal is to ensure a successful implementation of POETIC in the customer's environment, meeting their unique business needs so that their licensing strategies deliver benefits quickly.  A POETIC implementation has three phases.

Design
During this phase, the OCS consulting team will hold discovery workshops with key stakeholders at the customer's site to assess the systems environment and business requirements.  We will use the information gathered during these sessions to create process flows, data flows, systems integration requirements, training requirements, technical specifications for any desired customization, project planning, milestones, and an acceptance plan. 

Execution
Once an acceptance plan has been agreed upon, the OCS development and quality assurance teams will begin coding and testing any customization requirements.  The OCS consulting team will assist the customer with installation, integration,, configuration and data migration and OCS will provide any necessary administrative and technical training.

Deployment
During this final phase of the implementation, our clients perform functional testing of their new system while OCS assists with go-live, transitional and production support.
