Open Channel Solutions Teams with CyberSource

Norwood, MA –October 3, 2006 – Open Channel Solutions (OCS), a leading provider of software subscription and e-business management solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with CyberSource Corporation, a leading provider of electronic payment and risk management solutions.  Under the agreement, OCS will integrate CyberSource’s complete suite of solutions into its Poetic software entitlement and subscription eBusiness solution.

This integration is a key component of OCS’ next release of Poetic, which will be enhanced with extended eBusiness capabilities for managing software license and subscription sales.  As part of the upcoming release, OCS will be adding a B2B shopping cart, financial transaction management through CyberSource, capabilities for managing electronic software downloads, and an interface for end-customers to renew software subscriptions and buy software as a service over a termed period.

OCS clients taking advantage of the CyberSource integration can benefit from:

  • Credit card transactions and capture
