OCS Hosted Service to Manage Subscriptions for SpikeSource’s

SpikeSource Selects Open Channel Solutions for Software Subscription Management

Norwood, MA –November 14, 2006 – Open Channel Solutions (OCS), the leader in software licensing management solutions, today announced that SpikeSource has purchased OCS’ hosted licensing service to manage its software subscription program. 

SpikeSource, a provider of business-ready open source solutions, selected OCS’ hosted Poetic service to quickly and cost-effectively enhance management of its rapidly growing subscription business.  With Poetic, SpikeSource will increase channel partners’ and customers’ visibility into their subscription and entitlement status, offer valuable self-service management tools, and automate the purchasing and renewal processes.
