(NASDAQ: AKAM), the leading global service provider for accelerating content and business processes online.
Under the agreement, OCS will integrate Akamai solutions into its Poetic software licensing management offering, enabling clients to quickly, reliably and cost-effectively deliver software electronically to their end-customer base. The agreement consists of two parts:
- OCS will resell Akamai solutions to OCS enterprise customers as a value-added service.
- OCS will provide Akamai services to its small-to-mid sized clients, who use OCS Poetic for software subscription commerce services.
