Renewal dashboard for self-service
The new Renewal Dashboard has been designed as the centerpiece of the renewal process. Users now have a single location to view all expiring entitlements and renewal request information. Channel partners and publishers can use the Renewal Dashboard to aid in managing and monitoring customer renewal activities.

Enhanced group and coordinator management
Poetic 11.0 supports user-defined groups that allow end customers to organize entitlements into groupings that make sense for their company’s environment. This functionality was previous part of the contracts module but has been enhanced is now available as core Poetic functionality.

Creating and activating shell bundle entitlements
Poetic now supports the bundling of multiple products or components under one shell while allowing users to activate the software components within the bundle individually. This provides the user community more self-service tools and very flexible deployment options.

Help System Enhancements
The help system for Poetic 11.0 supports localization so users receive on-line system support in their native language. It also allows publishers to customize terms so they can communicate to their users in a consistent manner. To provide information to users more quickly, context-sensitive help has been introduced. Users simply click an icon to receive the help content for the task they are performing.
