We look after airports, aircraft and passengers - and have been doing so for more than 50 years. We deliver services including airport cleaning, laundering and passenger assistance (PRM) in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Financial and professional

We understand that appearances matter. We deliver property support services to financial and professional customers, helping them to create the best environment for their clients, employees and their brand.

Government

We work with central and local government and other public sector bodies. Our customers include the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) in the UK.

Sports, leisure and entertainment

We support shopping centres, sports stadia, exhibition centres and visitor attractions, including NEC Group and Manchester City Football Club's Etihad Stadium. Delivering an enjoyable experience is critical to the success of our customers - which is why we have invested in customer service training for our colleagues.

Education

We work with schools, colleges and universities around the world to create an environment that encourages learning and meets the needs of today's students. In the UK, where mental health is a top priority for our university customers, we have changed the nature of the security services we provide and equipped front-line colleagues with the tools to support students.

Hospitality

We understand the importance of creating a positive experience for guests. Our customers range from boutique hotels to luxury ones. Their needs may vary, but we do not. We deliver, time after time.

Manufacturing

Computer Aided Facilities Management at Ford Thailand. 24/7 cover at CISCO India. Specialist environments such as manufacturing require specialist support. We work closely with our customers to understand the needs of their complex operations and deliver the solution that fits.

We also look after customers in construction, transportation and utilities. Every customer is different but our partnerships also begin by listening.
