Today we launch our 2020 Annual Review.
We dedicate it to our 72,000 colleagues around the world as a thank you for their extraordinary efforts during this extraordinary year.
They are our cleaners, porters, security officers and technicians who've worked alongside our customers on the frontline to keep people safe. They are our leadership teams, service experts and support teams, who've adapted to the changing environment to protect our frontline colleagues and help our customers.
The publication brings together just some of their stories from around the world to highlight our role in 2020 as an expert and trustworthy provider of essential services. Our colleagues have ensured the safe and continuous operation of key infrastructure in healthcare, education, government and retail. And we've worked with our customers to develop and implement Covid-secure environments to rebuild public confidence. In the Middle East, we implemented measures to protect our colleagues and prevent the spread of infection at our hospital contracts, and we rolled out biohazard training to offer this essential service to our customers in the Middle East.
