Over two million people a year use our PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) service and we want to make air travel accessible for all. We've launched beacon technology to track and report on the quality of our PRM service and improve its reliability. And we developed the sunflower lanyard scheme to support travellers with hidden disabilities. As well as PRM, we provide airside and landside support services, including aircraft cleaning, airport cleaning, hold baggage security, queue management, laundry and concierge services.
