Today we launch our 2020 Annual Review.
We dedicate it to our 72,000 colleagues around the world as a thank you for their extraordinary efforts during this extraordinary year.
They are our cleaners who've worked alongside our customers on the frontline to keep people safe. They are our leadership teams, service experts and support teams, who've adapted to the changing environment to protect our frontline colleagues and help our customers.
The publication brings together just some of their stories from around the world to highlight our role in 2020 as an expert and trustworthy provider of essential services. Our colleagues have ensured the safe and continuous operation of key infrastructure in healthcare, education, government and retail. And we've worked with our customers to develop and implement Covid-secure environments to rebuild public confidence. We supported our retail customers in Australia to create a safe environment for shoppers, and in New Zealand, we extended our cleaning hours at 347 police sites to protect officers, staff and service users.
