OCS open new offices in Perth and Melbourne

OCS Australia’s Perth office has relocated, with OCS and its insurance building repairs subsidiary, Midcity, now operating out of the same location in Belmont, consolidating teams from separate offices.
OCS Australia & New Zealand managing director Gareth Marriott says "it’s fantastic to have everyone under the same roof. Not only does this allow us to operate as efficiently as possible, identify growth opportunities and reduce complexity, it also brings the two teams together boosting team morale. Physically, the office is a light, open-plan space with plenty of room for us to grow.”
OCS Australia & New Zealand company secretary, Christine Johnson says "from a team culture perspective we are already seeing the positive impact of having the two teams in one location, developing the rapport and understanding between the two which comes from face to face contact."
Midcity general manager, Rosie Pratarelli, agrees; “Bringing OCS and Midcity together has provided us with a real team environment. We’ve been able to all gain a deep understating and appreciation of one another’s businesses and I believe this will go far to help us build a sound platform for a bigger and better business.”
With growth opportunities identified in the Victorian market, OCS has also set up a new office space in Melbourne to ensure it’s able to meet future demands. The new Melbourne office is located in Tullamarine.
“Our new offices in Perth and Melbourne are part of our continued investment in the Australian arm of the business,” says Mr Marriott, “it’s also part of the overarching business strategy for OCS ANZ, which we’re continuing to execute.”
OCS is currently also looking for an office space in Brisbane as it expands its operations in Queensland, with plans to open in 2019.
