Our front-line colleagues interact with members of the public every day at shopping centres, hospitals, airports and other locations. We are part of the communities in which we work and we play an active role in local and national initiatives aimed at improving lives.
Improving outcomes in Australia
We employ over 1,000 people across Australia from diverse backgrounds and our CSR activities reflect who we are. We work with organisations that support the long-term unemployed and those with disabilities into work by offering placements. We've also partnered with The Salvation Army to help those who are homeless or marginalised.

An agent for change
We established the OCS Foundation, and the PCS Foundation in Thailand, to drive wider social, economic and environmental change, complementing our company CSR activities.
