OCS UK has been awarded ‘Top Scoring Service Supplier 2019’ at the Revo ACE Awards, which took place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Thursday 4 April.
Designed to recognise the people and businesses behind big retail spaces, the Revo ACE Awards celebrate destinations that deliver a consistently positive experience for customers. Winners of the awards are viewed as industry leaders, setting a benchmark for driving up customer experience and standards.
The service category, which is a new addition to the awards for 2019, saw OCS UK seeing off competition from over 20 other facilities management providers. OCS secured the highest average score from judges for its services, such as cleaning, security, guest services and car parking, at many of the UK’s shopping centres including Bridges Shopping Centre, Cannock Shopping Centre, centre:mk, Culver Square Shopping Centre, Fremlin Walk and Galleries Shopping Centre.
