Debby Wong, Finance Director ANZ
Since joining our business in 2006, Debby has simplified systems across our business. Her introduction of SAP ERP and Computer Assisted Facilities Management, for example, have made both our colleagues' and our customers' lives better.

Gavin Upston, Operations Director
Since joining OCS as General Manager - Facility Solutions in 2008, Gavin has helped deliver the most innovative and sustainable operational services to our customers.

Daniel Low, National Operations Support Manager
Daniel joined OCS in 2013 as Area Manager Waikato. In 2023 he was promoted to National Operations Support Manager, working closely with Gavin Upston.

Neil Anslow, General Manager – Central Region
Neil has worked for OCS for more than 9 years, previously as Wellington Area Manager, before taking a national facilities management role in the government sector. He returned to OCS in early 2023 and is responsible for operations across Wellington, Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu and Taranaki. He also sits on the BSCNZ committee in Wellington.

Ross Cameron, General Manager - Southern Region
Ross was on the executive board of the Building Contractors Association and a sector committee member for the Hospitality Standards Association. His extensive career in the cleaning and healthcare sectors makes him a great addition to the OCS team.

Matt Cotterall, General Manager 1M
Matt has an extensive career spanning facilities management, engineering consultancy, BPO, telecommunications and technology. His focus is on expanding our facilities management offering at OCS in New Zealand.

Kristina Power, National HR Manager
Kristina leads the HR team across NZ, driving all aspects of HR including Remuneration & Reward, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition.

Sarita Batra, HSEQ Manager
With a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, NZ Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety Practice and as an Accredited HSE Practitioner Member (NZISM), Sarita works with our teams to ensure we create a safe working environment which enables our people to get home safely every day.

Carole Norris, Marketing & Communications Manager ANZ
Carole joined OCS in 2004. She has more than 25 years' experience in marketing and led the launch of the OCS brand in New Zealand.
