Your OCS journey
We support and invest in our team members from their very first day.
To ensure you succeed, we tailor your learning to role-specific needs, actively looking to upskill team members at all levels of our business. In fact, a quarter of our vacancies are filled by internal candidates progressing their careers with OCS.
Learning & Development
We offer 35 internal courses, from soft skills and leadership training to computer skills and time management. Other development opportunities include gaining new experiences on a project or secondment. Where courses can’t be delivered internally, we’ll seek external opportunities for you.
We provide job-specific pathways for our frontline team (cleaner, supervisor, manager). With these pathways, our team members have the skills and competencies they need to succeed in their current roles and develop into a future roles.
Training is aligned to recognised qualifications wherever possible. You can enrol to get level 2 and 3 cleaning qualifications, resulting in higher pay rates.
Leadership training supports team members, ensuring all our supervisory team have the skills to learn, grow, and lead a team.
