Whether it is scheduled PPM (planned preventative maintenance) or reactive maintenance, you can rely on our helpdesk which gives you access to certified builders, electricians, plumbers and much more. We operate within strict service level agreements (SLAs) for all of our customers to ensure that work is always completed to the highest standards and within the timeframes that suit your organisational needs. As our customer you will receive email and phone updates regarding the status of the job, and confirmation when the work is completed, giving you complete confidence that your service requests will be dealt with effectively and ensure that you remain fully informed while your request is fulfilled.
