Improving outcomes in New Zealand
We employ over 3,500 people across New Zealand from diverse backgrounds and our CSR activities reflect who we are.
We provide OCS First Foundation scholarships for students with family at OCS, as well as work experience and mentoring. OCS First Foundation scholarship student spoke at our 2019 conference about the impact the scholarship has had on him and his family.

We established the OCS Foundation, and the PCS Foundation in Thailand, to drive wider social, economic and environmental change, complementing our company CSR activities.

We also partner with The Salvation Army where we support their year round fundraising initiatives and sponsor at risk youth through their Aspire Youth Development Programme. The programme helps young people develop the skills, confidence, knowledge and networks they need to successfully address challenges and achieve their goals.
