Our values of Care, Safety, Trustworthy and Expert guiding everything that we do, led to an award-winning year with both industry and customers recognising our safety and service excellence, sustainability focus and exceptional colleagues.
The business celebrated a record number of 4,350 OCS Stars - our colleagues that went above and beyond to care and protect each other and deliver for our customers.
In our continued response to Covid-19, we worked hand in hand with our customers to navigate the pandemic, adapting our services to meet changing customer needs. Keeping people safe and protecting frontline services, we are proud of the part we played in Covid-19 vaccination programmes around the world, supporting the mobilisation of field hospitals and vaccinations clinics.
Committed to building a better future we launched our Group sustainability strategy. Focused on advancing social mobility and bringing about positive change in the communities where we work, we provided new education and training opportunities and helped more people into work through our apprenticeships and scholarships programmes.
