Bob Taylor, CEO - UK, Ireland & Middle East
Bob joined us from G4S in April 2014 to grow our presence in the public sector and in healthcare. He has played a key role in restructuring the UK business. In 2016, he was appointed the UK Chief Executive Officer, adding Ireland and the Middle East to his portfolio in 2018.

Simon Harris, Finance Director - UK, Ireland & Middle East
With over 20 years' experience in the facilities management and logistics sectors, Simon joined OCS in 2017 as Commercial Finance Director for the Business, Industry and Specialist Services division. He was appointed as Finance Director for UK, Ireland and Middle East in September 2020.

Tony Crilly, HR Director - UK, Ireland & Middle East
In a career spanning more than 30 years, Tony has lived and worked all over the world and led international HR functions and large transformation programmes across many, and diverse, industry sectors.

Ian Goodliffe, Director of HSQE and Global Health & Safety Co-ordinator
Ian is one of the great-grandsons of our founder, Fred Goodliffe. He joined OCS in 1979 and worked across several sectors before specialising in Health and Safety.

Steve Caddell, Director of Procurement, Fleet & Estates
With 28 years' experience in property, real estate and construction, Steve has an MBA from Henley, an MSc from University of Wales and holds the MCIPS professional qualification. Specialising in business transformation, change management and high performance, Steve has experience of working in both public and private sectors.

Scott Thorn-Davis, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary OCS Group UK Ltd
Scott is a solicitor with over 25 years' experience advising companies on legal and compliance matters and managing commercial risk. He provides strategic commercial and legal advice for the UK, Ireland and Middle East region and is the Company Secretary for OCS Group UK. He is also the Group General Counsel for the OCS Group globally.

Jon Fowler, Managing Director - Business & Industry and Specialist Services
Jon was appointed as Managing Director of our new Specialist Services division in 2016 and took on our Business & Industry FM division in 2017. Jon has over 30 years’ experience as Managing Director in Office Services and FM

Sheila Newton, Managing Director - Government
Sheila joined OCS in 2016 as Managing Director for the newly created Government sector. She has 35 years' experience in facilities management within the public and private sectors, including at director level.

Ian Nisbet, Managing Director - Healthcare, Education & Middle East
Following 11 years' service in the British Army, Ian has worked in support services leadership roles in the UK, Asia and Africa for 25 years. He joined OCS as Managing Director of Healthcare and Education for the UK in 2019.

Titus Dijkstra, UKIME Director of Programs & Change
Titus started working for OCS in 2017 to programme manage and deliver the divestments of some of the company's subsidiaries. In 2019 he joined OCS where he is focused on moving key projects into their delivery phase.

Chris Morris, Managing Director - Destinations & Venues
Chris joined OCS in January 2021 to cement and grow our presence in Retail, Venues and Events. Prior to joining OCS, Chris held senior executive roles within Compass Group, the RFU and, most recently, Arena Group.

Áine Mulcahy, Managing Director - Aviation & Gateways and Ireland
Áine has an MSc in professional sales and business management and more than 20 years' experience in senior roles in Ireland and abroad. At OCS, she oversees the delivery of an annual turnover of over €55 million. She has been involved in the renewal of contracts for customers including Tesco, Ervia, Dublin and Cork airports, and Irish Rail Security. She also plays an active role in industry organisations such as IWFM.

Gavin Wainer, Sales & Marketing Director - UK, Ireland, Middle East
Gavin brings over 20 years' experience gained across multiple industries including IT Services, Energy and Facilities Management Services. Joining in 2019 as Development Director, he was appointed as the Strategic Sales & Marketing Director for the UK, Ireland and Middle East in late 2021.
