You’ll be encouraged to learn and progress at OCS, through one-to-ones with your line manager and support from the Learning and Development team. A quarter of our vacancies are filled by internal candidates, demonstrating that our colleagues are advancing their careers with OCS.
Development opportunitiesWe’ll work with you to identify your talents and to develop these to help you achieve your career goals. Development will be different for each person, and could include:
- enrolment on any of our 32 internal courses
- apprenticeships delivering everything from technical skills to degree level leadership, coaching and mentoring, or
- the chance to gain new experience on a project or secondment.
Whatever your needs, we have the courses and support available for your development. Online at home or personally delivered in the office, or on site, your learning and progression will be designed to suit you. All we ask is that your ambition matches ours: to succeed and be the best we can be.
