Purchase orders

To receive your invoices and statements electronically please send a request to einvoice@ocs.co.uk.

General enquiries
For general enquiries, or to update your contact details please email enquiries@ocs.co.uk. Alternatively, please call 0844 846 7608 and speak to an advisor. When calling please have your account number ready - you can find it in the top right-hand corner of your statement.

BACS payments

Pay your invoices online
To make an online payment, review your statement and manage your account in real time, log onto www.payocs.co.uk.

Remittance advice
Please send all remittance advice to remittance@ocs.co.uk, fax 0844 880 5889 or post to OCS Group UK Ltd, Shared Services, PO BOX 518, Manchester, M16 9SD.
