JCB - Security Systems | Case Study

JCB is a family-owned company and one of the world's top three manufacturers of construction equipment. The company was looking for a partner that shared its reputation for customer service to bring its security systems up to date.

The brief

To upgrade the security systems at JCB sites across the UK and Europe with a new strategic network.

The OCS solution

We carried out a review of JCB's current operations and devised a five-year plan to upgrade its security. As part of this, we switched to digital operation at all JCB sites in the UK. We also designed and built a centralised operations room, which monitors over 200 cameras, alarm systems and access control across the JCB estate, linked via ASDL and IP. A permanent on-site engineer means technical issues can be addressed quickly, and our dedicated account and project managers provide ongoing support.
