OCS has been awarded a new contract by DPD, the UK's leading parcel delivery company, delivering a bespoke cleaning service across DPD's UK depots.
The three-year contract started on 1 March with OCS transferring 82 staff in 34 locations. Following a collaborative workshop, OCS has built a bespoke solution that offers a new way of managing the DPD portfolio, which will result in a more effective and efficient use of its labour resource across the demanding peaks and troughs that DPD experiences.

Under the new contract, OCS will be implementing the CAFM solution, Concept Evolution™ to provide a real-time view of the OCS workflow, query resolutions, tasks and complaints, all of which are carefully recorded and time-stamped.
