Gordon Headley joined OCS Group on 1st August 2016 in the new role of HR director. International total facilities management (TFM) provider OCS has appeared in the Sunday Times Top Track 100 list, for the 15th year in a row. The list tracks the UK’s top 100 private companies with the highest turnover and OCS has been ranked in 59th place, rising six places from last year.
