Our accreditations
We're members of the Cleaning and Support Services Association, the British Institute of Cleaning Science, the Federation for Window Cleaners, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association and the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management. We also hold Safe Contractor Accreditation.
IMPACT training
OCS understands the importance of training our teams to ensure they deliver exceptional service. This is done through our IWFM award winning training programme, IMPACT, which includes a dedicated infection control module. This is based on infection prevention guidelines from Public Health England and is complimented by our bio-hazard training programme on the OCS learning academy.
We offer and IMPACT training programme for Cleaning, Security and Catering. These programmes are mandatory for all our OCS operational teams and our Operations Directors are responsible and accountable for ensuring the training is completed.
