You can manage all your facilities enquiries in one place using our 24-hour CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system. You can choose to have a dedicated facilities management phone number and email address, as well as access to our self-service portal to log your calls.
The self-service portal allows you to manage tasks online and send email and SMS notifications. The helpdesk team make and receive over 150,000 calls a year and raise more than 100,000 tasks a year.
