We offer security, cleaning, catering, horticulture, waste management and a range of other support services – all under one team – leaving you free to concentrate on your core business.
By choosing one facilities management provider to deliver and manage multiple facilities services, you benefit from:
- improved efficiency in service delivery and management
- cost reductions across the delivery of all of your essential support services
- value added services that offer a range of benefits for your organisation and employees
- increased employee and customer satisfaction, and
- improved health and safety and operational risk management.
Our integrated facilities management solution is tailored specifically for your organisation. Whether you’re a large law firm, a healthcare provider or an entertainment venue, we work in partnership with you to design a service approach that aligns with your specific operational requirements – taking care of multiple essential support services and enabling you to concentrate on what you actually do as an organisation.
Improving service efficiency and reducing costs
As an experienced facilities management provider, we save our clients time and money by removing duplicated resource across existing service vendors and stripping out inefficient processes within large, single sites of operation or across the whole estate of properties.
Our teams are cross-skilled in service delivery and take on multifunctional responsibilities across the full service range. This not only reduces overall manpower costs for our clients, but also ensures a joined up approach to service delivery. Our helpdesk offering provides 24-hour support to manage any reactive tasks quickly, and schedule planned tasks effectively, with minimal disruption to your core business activities. It also provides streamlined reporting and management information, identifying where efficiency can be improved and cost savings made. We manage the facilities supply chain, eliminating complexities in procurement processes that duplicate effort and cost.
Expert facilities services teams who really understand your business
With multi-skilled teams that understand your facilities needs and challenges across all of the different service lines, we are able to identify any issues and resolve these quickly, as well as being able to suggest areas for improvement. Our facilities services teams work in partnership with your teams to ensure:
- the seamless integration of service delivery with your existing services
- an improved, well managed environment for your employees and customers
- an understanding of your business that allows us to anticipate and identify where improvements can be made for your employee and visitor wellbeing, and
- behaviour and service that reflect your values, culture and positively promote your brand.
You benefit from increased employee and customer satisfaction – you’re more likely to retain employees and improve their productivity, and attract and keep your customers coming back. You also have one single point of contact across all the services we deliver for your organisation, which reduces time spent managing multiple providers, and improves accountability and tracking of service delivery performance.
Training, development and sustainable business practices to help you meet your community and environmental responsibilities
As a private business in the fifth generation of family ownership, we’re experienced when it comes to community focused, sustainable and responsible business practices. Unlike a PLC, we’re not driven by the next set of quarterly results – our family values are what matter most.
We take enormous pride in our colleagues, developing individuals through specific training and nurturing teams to attract and retain the best talent. This means self-delivered services, providing consistency across multiple services for our clients, and contributing to the long term success of their business.
We take care of our colleagues, so they can fully support yours – whether that’s greeting your customers on arrival, making them feel welcome and answering their questions, getting to know your employees and their work patterns to ensure they always experience a hygienic and comfortable work environment while minimising disruption to their day to day activity, or listening to customer feedback to improve catering services for your employees and visitors.
Through our range of services, we provide a number of initiatives that contribute to your sustainability goals. These include reducing the amount of waste to landfill, minimising the amount of chemicals used in cleaning and investing in a fleet with low carbon emissions.
Improving standards of health and safety, and managing operational risk
We take health and safety extremely seriously. Our teams are trained to take responsibility for their own health and safety, and that of others. We have developed an in house accident reporting systems called AIRES (Accident Incident Reporting Electronic System) to record accidents and near miss incidents on client sites. AIRES is used to identify and address the cause of an accident or near miss as quickly as possible with the added advantage that it can be used from mobile phones.
By combining the features of AIRES with our reporting system, we have the ability to react quickly and track performance. This real time reporting allows procedures to be quickly reviewed, and measures implemented to prevent the same kind of incident in the future. With our experience and knowledge of the facilities management industry we are able to design a health and safety system that addresses the specific risks and provides in depth reporting supported by the insights that AIRES captures. In addition, we can help you minimise operational risk by working with you to develop robust business continuity plans.
Contract mobilisation experience
We have proven experience of mobilising a variety of services from existing service providers. We work with our clients to agree a set of actions and timescales, with good governance and reporting processes in place from the point of ‘go live’, to the implementation of the contract.
